Growth in premium hair care with the OLAPLEX acquisition
Mergers and acquisitions hold an important place in Henkel's growth strategy. OLAPLEX, one of the company's most recent acquisitions, aims to strengthen Henkel's global position in premium hair care.
With the acquisition of OLAPLEX, which contributes approximately 370 million Euros to annual sales, Henkel has become the world's second-largest company in professional hair care.

Another strategic acquisition by Henkel was ATP Adhesive Systems. This market, which is stated to have an annual growth potential of approximately 7 percent, is expected to create new cross-selling opportunities for Henkel while also strengthening the company's position in sustainable adhesive solutions.
Total value of five acquisitions is 5 billion Euros
Henkel is investing a total of approximately 5 billion Euros through the acquisitions it announced in 2026. These acquisitions are expected to generate a total of approximately 1.6 billion Euros in annual sales.
