The acquisition of Netherlands-based Van Asperen Kleefstoffen strengthens APPLIED’s presence in the European market.
APPLIED Adhesives, a leading provider of adhesive solutions, dispensing equipment, parts and service, announced that it has acquired Van Asperen Kleefstoffen, a Netherlands-based adhesive solutions provider serving the packaging, labeling and paper converting markets. This acquisition marks APPLIED’s first in the Netherlands and its second in Europe.
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Lelystad, the Netherlands, Van Asperen has built a strong reputation through its technical expertise, customer service and long-standing supplier relationships. As Henkel’s premium partner and 3M’s distributor partner, the company offers customized adhesive solutions for packaging and paper converting applications to customers throughout the Netherlands.
