Bianca Boya Provides Hands-On Training Support for Vocational High School Students

Bianca Boya, one of Turkey's leading paint manufacturers, brought young apprentices together with sector experience through an applied training programme at Bursa Hürriyet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Within the scope of the training, students gained the opportunity to experience the technical details of paint application and professional work discipline in the field.

The programme covered proper techniques in paint application, surface preparation, material selection and professional application methods on a practical basis. In training sessions conducted under the supervision of experienced craftspeople, students experienced numerous details firsthand, from correct brush use, substrate analysis and colour selection to application procedures.

Speaking during the training, Veysel Feyzoğlu noted that proper education is critical for training skilled craftspeople, and stated that they attach great importance to transferring sector experience to younger generations. Feyzoğlu emphasized that they aim to support vocational training through such programmes and to provide the sector with qualified professionals.
