Nippon Paint-Betek Accelerates Digital Transformation Journey with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud

Nippon Paint-Betek is taking a major step within its digitalization strategy by migrating its enterprise resource planning (ERP) infrastructure to the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE) platform. The company aims to modernize business processes to world standards while opening new doors to speed, efficiency and customer experience.

Nippon Paint-Betek, which continues to strengthen its leading position in the paints and thermal insulation sector through technological innovation, has launched one of its most comprehensive corporate initiatives in line with its digital transformation vision. Aiming to combine current business processes with cloud-based technologies of the future, the company has transitioned to the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE) platform. For Betek, this project represents more than infrastructure change; it is a strategic transformation in which business practices are simplified and operational processes are redesigned to world standards. Starting in January, the project targets go-live on 1 January 2027 following 12 months of intensive work.

In this project, positioned as one of the most comprehensive corporate transformation initiatives in Betek's history, a powerful ecosystem of more than 180 experts converges around a shared vision. As the project's strategic business partner, Nagarro was selected for its global engineering capabilities, deep SAP expertise in Turkey and specialized knowledge of the manufacturing sector.

In this transformation journey, approximately 140 Betek expert staff from critical functions such as IT, finance, manufacturing, logistics and sales work alongside approximately 40 qualified personnel from Nagarro's global-experience professional consultants and technical teams. This structure aims to deliver not only a systems transformation, but a scalable, sustainable and future-ready business model transformation.
