Akdeniz Yatırım Holding announced the completion of establishment procedures for Nanox Kimyasal Ürünler. Akdeniz Yatırım Holding, which operates in technology, renewable energy, defense industry, and software and hardware sectors, has completed the establishment procedures for Nanox Kimyasal Ürünler to conduct operations in the chemicals and allied industries sector. In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform, the company stated: "Following the Board of Directors meeting held on 21 May 2021, it was unanimously decided to establish a new legal entity under the name Nano Kimyasal Ürünler Sanayice Ticaret Anonim Şirketi with a capital of TRY 23,110,000.00 to conduct operations in the chemicals and allied industries sector, and to obtain the necessary permits from the relevant official authorities and bodies for the conduct of the newly established company's operations. The establishment procedures for Nanox Kimyasal Ürünler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which was planned to be established as Nano Kimyasal Ürünler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. but for which the trade registry deemed the name unsuitable, have been completed, the registration has been executed, and it was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 11 June 2021, issue number 10347."   Source
