MG International Fragrance Company Creates Custom Scent for Refik Anadol's Exhibition

International fragrance producer MG International Fragrance Company created a custom scent for media artist Refik Anadol's exhibition "Machine Memories: Space" at PİLEVNELİ, where it met with visitors. The exhibition-specific fragrance aimed to strengthen artistic awareness through olfactory experience. Media artist Refik Anadol's personal exhibition "Machine Memories: Space" at PİLEVNELİ attracted considerable interest from art enthusiasts. International fragrance producer MG International Fragrance Company developed a custom scent for the exhibition, which merges art and science with artificial intelligence. Visitors toured the exhibition, consisting of two interconnected sections titled "Memories" and "Dreams," accompanied by the special fragrance.

The custom fragrance created for "Machine Memories: Space," cold and abstract, hypnotic in nature, aimed to activate sensory awareness. The special scent evoked fragrant notes rising from a striking bouquet: flower petals drifting on rain-kissed air, white lilacs enveloped in musk clouds, magnolia and jasmine.

Refik Anadol's "Machine Memories: Space," Istanbul's most comprehensive personal exhibition to date, presented a new conceptual framework that illustrates the place of astronomical research in human history and sheds light on large datasets related to space.
