Sponsorship Support from Cengiz Enerji to National Surfer Nisa Keser

Cengiz Enerji has become a sponsor of national athlete Nisa Keser, who will represent Türkiye at the European Junior Surfing Championship. While contributing to young athletes' strengthening on the international stage, the company also continues its support for the future of the developing wave surfing branch in Türkiye.

Cengiz Enerji, one of the Cengiz Holding group companies, has provided sponsorship support to national surfer Nisa Keser in order to support the development of young athletes and contribute to Türkiye's representative strength in international sports organizations.

Nisa Keser will compete on behalf of Türkiye at the European Junior Surfing Championship (EuroSurf Junior), to be held in Bundoran, Ireland, between September 24 and October 4, 2026.

Keser, who started wave surfing in 2022 with training received at the Şile Municipality Sports Academy, continues her career under coach Ergun Şenbaş at Tula Surf Club. The young athlete, who competes in the U18 category, also stands out as the youngest athlete representing Türkiye internationally in the Open (Adults) category.

Two Turkish Championship Titles in 2026
Nisa Keser became Turkish champion in the U18 Longboard and U18 Shortboard categories at races held in Hatay Samandağ as part of the 2026 TYF Turkish Championship.

The young athlete competed as the youngest representative of the Turkish National Team in the Open (Adults) category at the European Surfing Championship held in Santa Cruz, Portugal, in 2025. In the same year, she achieved second place in Türkiye in the U18 Shortboard category at the official season races of the Turkish Sailing Federation.

Keser's achievements in previous years include second place in Türkiye in the Longboard category and third place in Türkiye in the Women's Longboard Open category at the 2024 TYF Turkish Championship. The young athlete also won the festival championship in the under-18 category at the 2023 Black Sea Surf Festival, and in the young athletes category at the Babalı leg of the 2022 Black Sea Surf Festival.

Cengiz Enerji CEO Ahmet Türkoğlu, in his assessment regarding the sponsorship support, noted that supporting areas where young people can demonstrate their potential contributes to social development.

Türkoğlu expressed the pride they feel about Nisa Keser representing Türkiye on the international stage, and said that they place importance on contributing to the empowerment of young female athletes and to the future of the wave surfing branch, which is at a developmental stage in Türkiye.
