For 170 years contributing to Turkey's technological transformation, Siemens Turkey has published the Siemens Turkey Sustainability Impact 2025 Report, which demonstrates the company's impact in environmental, social and governance areas. The company has reduced operational carbon emissions by 70 percent compared to 2019, while transitioning to 100 percent green electricity usage across all locations. Siemens Turkey also contributed to reducing approximately 148,000 tons of CO₂ emissions through energy efficiency projects.

Siemens Turkey shared its progress in decarbonization, energy efficiency, resource management, employee development, equal opportunity and ethical governance with the public through the published Sustainability Impact 2025 Report. The data in the report demonstrates concrete results achieved by the company in line with its sustainability targets.

70 Percent Reduction in Operational Emissions
Siemens Turkey reduced its carbon footprint from operations to 4,500 tons of CO₂ equivalent as of 2025, achieving a 70 percent reduction compared to 2019. The company continues its work toward its Net Zero emissions target by 2030, while steadfastly implementing measures to reduce the environmental impact of its operations.

Using 100 percent green electricity across all locations, Siemens Turkey continues systematically working to reduce energy consumption. Through energy efficiency practices during the 2022-2025 period, total energy consumption decreased by 13 percent, while work conducted under the ISO 50001 Energy Management System contributed to improving energy performance.

Adding Value to Customers through Energy Efficiency Solutions
Siemens Turkey continued supporting customers with solutions based on its expertise in energy efficiency. The company provided energy efficiency services to 22 customers operating in four different countries, contributing to the implementation of a total of 448 energy saving measures.

As a result of these efforts, a savings potential of EUR 21.72 million was created for customers, while Siemens Turkey generated EUR 17.6 million in business volume through these projects. Through the implemented solutions, approximately 148,000 tons of CO₂ emissions reduction was achieved, supporting sustainable growth.

Significant Progress in Resource Efficiency
Siemens Turkey achieved significant results in waste management through its resource efficiency practices. The company reduced the amount of waste sent to disposal sites from 81 tons to 13 tons, achieving an 84 percent reduction.

Through waste sorting at source and expanded recycling practices, the amount of recyclable waste also increased. Recyclable waste, which was 514 tons in 2022, reached 715 tons in 2025. Low environmental impact EcoTech products and resource efficiency-focused practices also supported the company's sustainability performance.

Human-Centered Approach and Inclusive Organizational Culture
Siemens Turkey continues investing in employee development based on the understanding that human resources are fundamental to sustainable success. In 2025, average digital learning time per employee reached 40 hours, exceeding the company's global targets.

Training programs for developing digital competencies and a continuous learning culture support employees' professional development, while approximately 50 percent of employees benefited from the Share Participation Plan, becoming part of the company's success.

Additionally, under the Employee Support Program, which has been continuously implemented for 10 years, employees and their families continue to receive psychological counseling, social support and welfare services.

Ethical and Responsible Business Practices Extended through Value Chain
Siemens Turkey continues strengthening its work in ethical governance by focusing on transparency, accountability and responsible management principles in business processes.

Through regularly updated Business Ethics Guidelines and the "ethics community" approach implemented in Turkey, ethical awareness culture is supported throughout the organization, while responsible business practices are strengthened through ESG-based assessment and audit processes.

The company also aims to extend its sustainability approach throughout the value chain through work conducted under Supplier Code of Conduct.
