Hydrexia Forms Partnership for South American Hydrogen Market

Hydrexia LLC, a 100% subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Limited, one of the world's leading integrated hydrogen solution providers, and GH2 Global (GH2), a key player in developing and expanding hydrogen solutions in Brazil, have announced the establishment of a strategic partnership to jointly develop hydrogen markets in Brazil and South America.

Under the framework of the intended partnership, Hydrexia will leverage its technological capabilities by providing technology solutions alongside technical support to help develop hydrogen applications in local markets, while GH2 will act as a unified channel to integrate Hydrexia's state-of-the-art magnesium-based solid-state technology for transport and storage and hydrogen fuel refueling stations. Both companies will jointly optimize the aforementioned technologies to meet specific project requirements in the Brazilian market and beyond.

The newly formed partnership represents continued progress in Hydrexia's global business expansion and demonstrates its ability to identify and unlock growing new global markets. The new business presence in South America provides Hydrexia with the opportunity to expand the global geographic scope of its commercial operations following its recent successful market entries in Malaysia, India and Australia in the first half of 2024.
