A Call from KAGİDER to Women Entrepreneurs: “Make Your Success Story Visible”

Applications continue until November 30 for Türkiye’s Women Entrepreneur Competition, organized for the 20th time this year in collaboration with KAGİDER, Garanti BBVA and Ekonomist Dergisi. Within the scope of the competition, which will award a total of 3 million TL across five categories, KAGİDER Board Chair Esra Bezircioğlu invited women entrepreneurs operating in different sectors and scales to share their success stories.

Türkiye’s Women Entrepreneur Competition, organized to support women’s entrepreneurship in Türkiye and make visible the value created by women in the business world, is preparing to reward new success stories in its 20th year.

The competition, carried out in collaboration with KAGİDER, Garanti BBVA and Ekonomist Dergisi, offers women entrepreneurs operating in different sectors the opportunity to share their work and achievements with a wider audience. The organization, for which applications continue until November 30, aims to ensure the achievements of women entrepreneurs are recognized, to increase the number of role models, and to inspire new entrepreneurs.

Bezircioğlu: “Share your success story, inspire other women”

KAGİDER Board Chair Esra Bezircioğlu, stating that the competition is important in terms of recognizing the achievements of women entrepreneurs and inspiring new entrepreneurs, called on all women entrepreneurs to apply.

Bezircioğlu made the following assessments:

“We have women entrepreneurs operating in different sectors and at different scales across every corner of Türkiye. They work to grow their businesses, develop innovative solutions, and create value in the fields in which they operate. It is very important that this effort and success become visible.

My call to all women entrepreneurs is to review the application conditions, share their own success stories, and take advantage of this opportunity. Regardless of the scale of your business or the sector in which you operate, do not hesitate to tell the story of the value you have created. In the 20th year of the competition, we want to see more applications from women entrepreneurs and together make new success stories visible.

We value such platforms so that women entrepreneurs can draw strength from each other’s experiences, so that role models multiply, and so that more women turn to entrepreneurship. In the 20th year of Türkiye’s Women Entrepreneur Competition, we hope that more women entrepreneurs from different sectors will share their success stories, and that these stories will inspire new entrepreneurs. A total of 3 million TL in prizes across five categories

Within the scope of Türkiye’s Women Entrepreneur Competition, a total of 3 million TL worth of prizes will be awarded across five different categories.

The winner of the “Türkiye’s Women Entrepreneur” category will receive a prize of 1 million TL. In each of the “Türkiye’s Most Promising Woman Entrepreneur in Technology,” “Woman Entrepreneur Creating Sustainable Difference in Her Region,” “Woman Social Impact Entrepreneur,” and “Women’s Cooperative” categories, a prize of 500 thousand TL will be awarded.

Membership and networking opportunities for winners in addition to prize money

In addition to the cash prize, entrepreneurs who place in the competition will also be offered support and development opportunities in different areas. Winners will receive one year of KAGİDER membership, subscriptions to Ekonomist, Capital and Elele magazines, and communications support provided by Garanti BBVA.

In addition, entrepreneurs will be able to benefit from networking opportunities that will support them in coming together with different names from the business world and developing new collaborations.
