Yeliz Erbacıoğlu appointed Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey Litik Business Unit Director

Boehringer Ingelheim, which has been developing innovative treatments in human and animal health for over 140 years, continues to strengthen its organizational structure. In this context, Yeliz Erbacıoğlu has been appointed as Director of Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey Lytics Business Unit.

Yeliz Erbacıoğlu, a graduate of Middle East Technical University's Department of Political Science and Public Administration, began her career in 2003 in tax audit. She subsequently held various leadership positions in finance, tax, treasury, financial control, marketing finance, business development and strategic marketing at international companies.

Erbacıoğlu joined Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey as Director of Finance and Administrative Affairs in 2021. During this role, she played an active part in managing financial planning, sustainable growth and operational excellence processes within the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region scope alongside Turkey operations, becoming an important member of the management team.

Taking on the position of Director of Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey Lytics Business Unit as of 1 June 2026, Yeliz Erbacıoğlu will lead the company's strategic objectives in this field and contribute to its sustainable growth vision in her new role.
