Ela Çok Oksal appointed as ASAŞ's Human Resources and HSE Director

ASAŞ, one of Türkiye's leading industrial organizations, has made a new senior-level appointment aimed at strengthening its organizational structure with a focus on human resources and sustainability. Ela Çok Oksal, who has more than 24 years of experience in human resources, took up her post as ASAŞ Human Resources and OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) Director as of 15 June 2026.

Ela Çok Oksal, who has more than 24 years of experience in human resources, took office as ASAŞ Director of Human Resources and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) as of 15 June 2026.
In her new role, Çok Oksal will lead the development of the company's human resources strategies, improvement of employee experience, talent management, strengthening of corporate culture, and effective implementation of HSE practices.
Extensive experience in human resources and sustainability
Ela Çok Oksal, a graduate of the Economics Department at Marmara University, began her career in 2002 at Vodafone Turkey's Human Resources organization.
Joining Borusan Group in 2005, Çok Oksal held various positions in human resources, occupational health and safety, environment, sustainability, and corporate communications.
Throughout her career, Çok Oksal has led significant initiatives in areas including development of human and culture strategies, corporate transformation programs, mergers and acquisitions processes, leadership development, and creation of high-performance cultures. Most recently, she served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, Corporate Communications and Sustainability at Borusan Logistics.
Will lead human and culture-focused transformation
In her new role at ASAŞ, Ela Çok Oksal will focus on developing employee-centered human resources practices and sustainably strengthening corporate culture, while also enhancing the effectiveness of work in health, safety, and environment.
With this appointment, the company aims to further strengthen human and organizational processes in line with its sustainable growth objectives.

The company manufactures in many areas including aluminum profiles, composite panels, flat aluminum products, and PVC door and window systems, exporting its products to more than 90 countries.
