Doğuş GYO published its second Integrated Report under the motto "Value for the Environment, Trust for Stakeholders, Investment in the Future." The company closed 2025 with TRY 1.15 billion in total rental income and TRY 888 million in operating profit, bringing its total asset size to TRY 19.6 billion. While the occupancy rate across the portfolio reached 99.07 percent, the share of female employees within the total workforce rose to 54 percent.

Approaching sustainability as one of the core elements of its way of doing business, Doğuş GYO evaluated its financial and non-financial performance together with its economic, environmental, social and governance dimensions in its 2025 Integrated Report.
The company's second integrated report demonstrates how its sustainability approach is integrated with its long-term value creation goal, while also focusing on the relationship between financial results and environmental and social performance.
Financial performance and sustainability addressed together
Doğuş GYO maintained its strong financial structure in 2025, achieving TRY 1.15 billion in total rental income and TRY 888 million in operating profit. The company's total asset size reached TRY 19.6 billion.
Reaching an occupancy rate of 99.07 percent across its portfolio, Doğuş GYO also focused on equal opportunity in the field of human resources. In 2025, the share of female employees within the total workforce rose to 54 percent.
In its second report, prepared following the first integrated report published in 2024, the company continued its efforts in line with GRI Standards, the International Integrated Reporting Framework and the SASB Real Estate Sector Standard.
During the reporting process, Doğuş GYO reviewed its sustainability priorities in line with current reporting expectations and sectoral developments, while also developing its value creation model that reveals the connections between financial and non-financial performance.
The company also strengthened its data collection, performance monitoring, reporting and governance processes.
"We will continue to create long-term value"
Doğuş GYO General Manager Çağan Erkan stated that with the second Integrated Report, they have taken the company's integrated reporting approach a step further.
Erkan noted that despite changing market conditions in 2025, financial and operational performance was maintained consistently thanks to financial discipline and an agile organizational structure.
Erkan said, "In our second Integrated Report, we developed our sustainability approach and long-term value creation model by addressing our financial and non-financial performance together. In the coming period, we will continue to implement innovative practices, deepen our integrated reporting approach, and create long-term value together with our stakeholders."
46.5 percent reduction in Scope 1 emissions
Doğuş GYO continued its efforts to improve its environmental performance in 2025 as well.
While the company's Scope 1 emissions arising from its head office operations decreased by 46.5 percent compared to the previous year, the waste recycling rate across the portfolio rose from 61.1 percent to 80 percent.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification processes were completed at Doğuş Center Maslak and Gebze Center Shopping Mall. Gebze Center Shopping Mall's Zero Waste Certificate and Hyatt House Gebze's Sustainable Tourism Certificate were also among the efforts supporting the company's environmental performance.
Continuing its emission calculation and monitoring efforts in line with the Doğuş Holding Decarbonization Strategy, Doğuş GYO continues its efforts toward achieving net zero in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2050.
In this context, while the company develops the scope of its calculations regarding value chain emissions, it also continues to evaluate risks and opportunities arising from climate change within its risk management, portfolio management and strategic planning processes.
In addition to environmental performance, Doğuş GYO aims to strengthen its approach to creating safe, inclusive and sustainable living spaces by also taking into account user experience, accessibility and stakeholder well-being.
