ŞA-RA Enerji's Nine-Month Sales Revenue Reached TRY 9.5 Billion with a 60.8 Percent Increase

ŞA-RA Enerji, traded on Borsa İstanbul under the code "SARAE", increased its sales revenue by 60.8 percent year-on-year in the first nine months of 2026, reaching TRY 9.5 billion. The company's gross profit reached TRY 2.1 billion, while its net profit for the period reached TRY 949.6 million. Cash flow from operating activities also turned positive at TRY 796.8 million.

ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., which provides manufacturing, engineering and turnkey project services for energy transmission and distribution infrastructure, published its unconsolidated financial results dated September 30, 2026 on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

The company's sales revenue for the January-September period of 2026 rose by 60.8 percent to TRY 9.51 billion, up from TRY 5.91 billion recorded in the same period of the previous year. The company's gross profit increased by 53.5 percent to TRY 2.14 billion, while its net profit for the period was TRY 949.6 million. ŞA-RA Enerji's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the same period was recorded at TRY 1.63 billion.

Cash flow from the company's operating activities also showed significant improvement. Cash flow, which stood at a negative TRY 1.49 billion in the same period of the previous year, turned positive at TRY 796.8 million in the first nine months of 2026.

Expanded its business portfolio with domestic contracts and orders

ŞA-RA Enerji expanded its business portfolio with new contracts and orders in the domestic market in the third quarter of 2026. In August, the company announced a domestic sales order worth approximately TRY 318.8 million and an electricity transmission line construction contract worth approximately TRY 2.94 billion.

In September, an energy transmission line material order worth TRY 950.6 million was received within the scope of an energy transmission line construction project undertaken domestically by group company Şa-Ra Teknoloji Tesis A.Ş. Deliveries related to this order are planned to be completed by the end of 2028.

Expanding international operations with Moldova and Egypt projects

ŞA-RA Enerji continues to develop its international project portfolio with new contracts. In July, within the joint venture formed with its group company, the company signed a contract worth approximately EUR 17.6 million with Moldova's Electricity Transmission System Operator Moldelectrica for the Balti-Suceava 400 kV Energy Transmission Line Project.

The project, which will be carried out with financing support from the European Union, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), is targeted for completion in 2028.

The company's growth in international operations continued after the third quarter as well. According to an announcement made in October, the joint venture formed by ŞA-RA Enerji with its group company signed a contract worth approximately EUR 31 million for the construction of a high-voltage electricity transmission line in Egypt. The project, equivalent to approximately TRY 1.73 billion at the exchange rate on the announcement date, is planned to be completed in 2028.
