Chiesi Group Named Among the World's Best Workplaces

Chiesi Group, a research-focused international biopharmaceutical company, has been ranked 23rd on the 2024 World's Best Workplaces list announced by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) and Fortune magazine, making it one of the world's best 25 workplaces.

This marks Chiesi's first inclusion on GPTW's global list, positioning it as the first Italian company to achieve this recognition. Headquartered in Parma, Chiesi Group employs more than 7,000 staff across 31 subsidiaries worldwide, with 56% of employees being women. More than 1,300 employees are focused on research and development activities.

Great Place to Work® and Fortune's annual list is compiled based on responses from 7.4 million employees who participated in Great Place to Work's employee survey process, representing 20 million employees worldwide. To be included on the list, companies must have been recognized on at least five "Best Workplaces®" lists in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America or Australia during 2023 or early 2024.
