Senior Appointment to Human Resources at Ülker

Turkey's leading food company Ülker has undergone an important executive change. Eylem Özgür has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Beginning her orientation process as of 4 August 2025, Eylem Özgür will assume her duties on 30 September.

The Human Resources organization under Eylem Özgür's leadership will be responsible for developing long-term human resources strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives in Turkey and Central Asia, talent management, and will report directly to CEO Özgür Kölükfakı.

Commenting on this important executive transition, Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı said: "Eylem Özgür, who has held many important positions throughout a career spanning more than 25 years, will provide human resources leadership for our company. Özgür served as Human Resources Director at Eczacıbaşı Holding between 2019 and 2020. In the four years before joining Ülker, she held the position of Human Resources Group Head at Eczacıbaşı Holding.
