Türkiye's leading food company Ülker Bisküvi closed the first quarter of 2025 with TRY 27 billion in revenue. According to the disclosure sent by Ülker Bisküvi to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company closed the first quarter of this year with revenue of TRY 27 billion. The company ended the same period with an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization) margin of 20.3%.

According to the disclosure Ülker Biscuit sent to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company closed the first quarter of this year with revenue of TRY 27 billion. The company finished the same period with an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) margin of 20.3%.

Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı shared the following information regarding first-quarter results: "We completed the first quarter of a year marked by geopolitical and economic challenges with revenue of TRY 27 billion. We continue to contribute to Turkey's economy through our employment, production and exports. While sustainability is at the center of our business operations, our efforts are recognized with index rankings and awards at national and international platforms. Innovation is indispensable for our sector. We are working to adapt to changing consumer preferences and dynamic market conditions. We analyze consumer behavior, trends and new motivations in snacking consumption, and we develop innovative products in our two R&D centers.

We are increasing our efficiency through digitalization in our production processes, bringing food safety and sustainability to the highest level. We are responding to rising food demand through our sustainable agriculture and raw material sourcing steps, as well as advanced data analytics, automation systems and artificial intelligence-supported processes. In the coming period, we will continue to integrate similar technologies into our systems and maintain our investments in line with our operational excellence target.
