PepsiCo Türkiye's Human Resources Leader Özlem Ökten Given European Responsibility
The area of responsibility of Özlem Ökten, Senior Director of Human Resources at PepsiCo Turkey, has been expanded to also cover the European Commercial Function.
PepsiCo Turkey Senior Director of Human Resources Özlem Ökten's responsibilities have been expanded to include the European Commercial Function.

In a statement by PepsiCo, it was announced that Özlem Ökten, currently serving as Human Resources Leader in the Turkey Organizational Unit, has had her responsibilities expanded and restructured to also encompass the European Commercial Function.
Özlem Ökten began her passion for Human Resources with a master's degree in Human Resources Development from Middle East Technical University (METU), which she has pursued throughout her career spanning over 20 years. Serving as PepsiCo Turkey's Senior Director of Human Resources since 2023, Ökten has pioneered strategic initiatives in her HR career, particularly in increasing talent density, developing leadership capacity, and strengthening organizational agility. Since joining the PepsiCo family in 2011, she has created sustainable value in various HR functions including organizational and talent development, change management, HR strategy design, operational excellence, and employee experience projects. In her new role, she will assume a critical position in shaping human resources strategies for the European Commercial Function, increasing talent density across the region, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement, and creating synergy between organizational units and countries. She will carry out all these activities as a member of the European Commercial Function leadership team.
