İnavitas Enerji A.Ş., which stands out with technologies it has developed in the field of energy monitoring and management systems, successfully implemented a significant investment process through its collaboration with Siemens Turkey and Siemens Financial Services (Siemens Leasing).
İnavitas, which has been providing end-to-end energy management solutions from power generation to end-users since 2012, purchased 1,200 Sicam Q100 Power Quality Devices from Siemens Turkey. The investment financing was realized through a leasing model provided by Siemens Financial Services. These devices form the core components of advanced systems that provide high precision in energy monitoring, analysis and management.
According to the contract signed between the parties, payment for the supply of devices was made directly by Siemens Leasing. İnavitas will repay this amount to Siemens Leasing in equal installments spread over the project duration. This model operates in alignment with the revenue recognized by İnavitas within the scope of projects it conducts for end-users and protects the company's cash flow throughout the process.
This financing model, which particularly addresses cash flow imbalances encountered by engineering, procurement and construction firms in short-term projects, allows leasing rent payments to be completed before project completion. Thus, the project commissioning process can be completed without interruption.
Siemens' integrated short-term financing solution enables industrialists and service provider companies to implement their investments without delay. This business model both supports technological development and increases the financial flexibility of companies in the sector.
