Efe Çapar Appointed Marketing Director of Skechers Turkey

As part of a new restructuring within Olka Grup, Efe Çapar has taken on the role of Marketing Director for Skechers Türkiye.
Within the organizational restructuring at Olka Grup, Efe Çapar has assumed the position of Marketing Director at Skechers Turkey.
Çapar will be responsible for multifaceted marketing functions including marketing communications, PR, corporate communications, design, sports marketing, influencer partnerships, commercial marketing and visual merchandising, while also leading the CRM and customer experience department. By taking on the strategic management of projects that respond to changing customer expectations, Efe Çapar will direct efforts to align Skechers' comfort-focused approach with effective customer experience.
Efe Çapar is a graduate of Istanbul University's Department of Economics and completed the Executive MBA program at Koç University. Over a career spanning nearly 20 years, Çapar began in banking and specialized in retail, marketing and customer experience. He led significant transformation projects at Turkcell, then worked in critical areas including marketing communications, CRM, growth, strategy and brand management at Koçtaş, Getir and Beymen Grup, gaining recognition for his customer experience-focused approach.
