Senior Appointment at Global Food Company Kerry Group

Kerry Group, the global food and nutrition giant operating in food raw materials and out-of-home consumption sectors, has made a major appointment to its senior management team. İnanç Işık, General Manager for the Middle East, Turkey and Pakistan at the company, known in Turkey for its Krater and DaVinci Gourmet brands, will take up the role of General Manager for the North Asia Region and Vice President of the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa Region (APMEA) effective 1 January 2026.

Kerry Group, a global food and nutrition company operating in the food ingredients and away-from-home consumption sectors, has announced a significant appointment to its senior management. İnanç Işık, General Manager for Middle East, Turkey and Pakistan at the company known in Turkey for its Krater and DaVinci Gourmet brands, will assume his position as General Manager for North Asia and Vice President of the Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa region (APMEA) effective 1 January 2026.

İnanç Işık graduated from Boğaziçi University's Department of Economics. Beginning his career at BP Turkey, Işık has held various senior positions in the food and beverage sector for over 20 years. Following extensive experience gained at Cargill, one of the global food sector's major companies, Işık joined Irish food company Kerry Group in 2017. He has served as General Manager for 22 countries spanning Turkey, Middle East and Pakistan markets, based in Dubai. During this period, he made significant contributions to the company's development through business transformation, strategic growth, acquisitions and regional expansion projects.
Işık will continue in his current position until 31 December and, effective 1 January 2026, will be responsible for managing operations in China, Japan and South Korea in the North Asia region, implementing sustainable growth strategies and developing customer-focused innovative solutions.

Speaking about his appointment, Işık stated: "The flavours and solutions we have developed at our Research, Development and Innovation Centre in Istanbul, Turkey will lead innovations we will bring to the North Asia region in the flour products, dairy products, cheese and beverage categories where consumer trends are concentrated. My new role requires me to bring together the dynamism of the rapidly developing Far East market with the inspiration and leadership qualities I gained from the Turkish market. In this context, my aim is to build a bridge in both taste and cultural interaction between North Asia and the Turkey, Middle East and Pakistan regions I currently manage."
