Kayalar Kimya Supports "Turkey's Leading 100 Technology Companies" Project

Kayalar Kimya has joined the ranks of supporters for the "Technology's Leading 100s" project, launched by Women in Technology Association, which aims to select Turkey's most talented young people in technology and equip them with technical and social skills. Kayalar Kimya, one of the leading companies in the chemical sector, is supporting the "Technology's Leading 100s" project launched by Women in Technology Association, which aims to increase the number of female experts in science and technology and bring women into employment and production in the technology sector. The project launch, which includes Kayalar Kimya along with 68 leading supporter brands including Akbank, Ford Automotive, Google, Ülker, Finansbank, and Yapı Kredi, took place on Monday, 22 January at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul. Dilek Ün, Human Resources Director at Kayalar Kimya, said that the "Technology's Leading 100s" project is extremely valuable in bringing women into the technology sector and increasing expert human resources in this field: "The chemical sector is one that maintains close contact with technology. Students wishing to participate in the program, which aims to select Turkey's most talented young people in technology and equip them with technical and social skills, can apply via wtechplatform.com until 28 January. Selected students will specialize in Data Analytics, Data Science with Python, Artificial Intelligence with Python, Robotic Process Automation, Process Analysis and Cybersecurity while receiving social skills training in IQ, EQ and CQ areas and mentoring support from supporting institutions.
