Kale Care Chemicals, which produces surfactants and specialty chemical ingredients, is bringing its second production facility in Tuzla online in September 2026. With the new facility, the company's total annual production capacity will reach 100 thousand metric tons. The company, which generates approximately 62 percent of its revenue from exports, aims to increase its exports to more than 40 countries with the new capacity investment.

Kale Care Chemicals, which develops and produces surfactants and specialty chemical ingredients for personal care, home care and industrial applications, is expanding its production infrastructure with a new investment. With the commissioning of its second production facility in Tuzla in September 2026, the company's total annual production capacity will rise to 100 thousand metric tons.

With the capacity increase, the company aims to offer its customers and distributors in international markets greater production flexibility, consistent quality, shorter response times and stronger supply security.

Export-focused growth
Kale Care Chemicals generates approximately 62 percent of its revenue from exports and currently ships products to more than 40 countries. Expanding its international reach through a direct distributor network in different markets, the company positions its new production capacity as one of the key elements of its global market growth strategy.

Operating since 1975, the company has a broad portfolio of surfactants and specialty chemical ingredients for personal care, home care and industrial applications.

The portfolio includes anionic, amphoteric, nonionic and cationic surfactants, as well as products such as betaines, amine oxides, sulfosuccinates, cetrimonium chloride, cationic conditioning agents and benzalkonium chloride. The company also develops specialty surfactants and formulation systems tailored to the needs of different sectors.

With the new facility investment, the company aims to meet the growing demand particularly for high-volume products, while also planning to increase its product development and customer-specific solution generation capacity for specialty chemical ingredients.

Founded in 1975 by Chemical Engineer Kazım Kaleağası, Kale Care Chemicals is today managed by second-generation family members.

Advanced reaction and process technologies form the foundation of the company's over 50 years of production experience. Kale Care Chemicals combines its expertise in emulsion technologies, preservative systems and advanced reaction chemistry with different production processes.

The production infrastructure encompasses advanced chemical reactions such as quaternization, esterification, amidation, oxidation, alkylation and polymerization, as well as dissolution, emulsification, systems engineering, flaking and pelletizing processes.
