"İzocam Dealers 'Ready for Take-off'"
At a meeting where 2017 was reviewed and 2018 targets were announced, İzocam was emphasized to be "ready for takeoff" to realize its potential. The motto of the International Dealer Meeting, which İzocam organized for the 18th time this year, was set as "Ready for Takeoff."
At the meeting, it was underscored that İzocam's dealers and employees were prepared to reach the company's potential.
The meeting, held on the morning of 9 February, began with a presentation on Mega Trends by MCT CEO Tanyer Sönmezer. At the meeting attended by İzocam dealers and their spouses, attention was drawn to mega trends across all areas of life, from economics to information technology.
Following Tanyer Sönmezer, İzocam Board Chairman François-Xavier Moser took the floor. Moser emphasized that the potential of the insulation market in Turkey was very high and that they believed İzocam would realize this potential in the best way possible.
İzocam General Director Levent Gökçe began his speech by referring to global and Turkish trends. Discussing the changing world of marketing, new target groups and new marketing models, Gökçe emphasized that the insulation sector in Turkey would develop in the long term not only along the lines of urban renewal; but also in other areas such as renovation. Gökçe noted that the sector needs high value-added products and applications.
Stating that following factory maintenance work in the first 3 months of 2017, in the last 3 quarters they achieved revenue growth of approximately 30% compared to the same period of the previous year, and thanking dealers for their contribution to this success, Gökçe said the following regarding new targets: "We plan to invest USD 100 million within 5 years. With our new organizational structure, our R&D strategy and our plans, we are ready for our new targets.
We believe that continuity is as important as success itself. We can only achieve this by easily adapting to new innovations. In the insulation sector, we must be able to anticipate new trends and focus on new tendencies such as low-energy consumption buildings and multi-comfort buildings."
