Betonsa Launches Special Concrete Wintermix to Withstand Cold Weather

Akçansa has launched "Wintermix," a new product under its Betonsa brand that demonstrates resistance to cold weather and frost. Focused on developing specialized products and services that meet project requirements, Akçansa's Wintermix, developed under the Betonsa brand, offers an effective solution against cold weather and frost. Wintermix helps protect concrete against frost in situations where light frost effects persist throughout the day and sudden temperature drops are possible, when early form removal is necessary. Wintermix, which increases concrete strength, contains no chlorides and does not damage reinforcement. It also saves time by shortening the setting period. Developed with special design and additives in R&D laboratories, Wintermix is produced and shipped at Betonsa facilities.
