Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) and its strategic partner TÜYAP Bursa Fuarcılık A.Ş. jointly organized the Bursa Construction and Rising City Real Estate Fairs, which were visited by 52,225 people from 30 countries.
BTSO continues its efforts to establish Bursa, Turkey's production and export hub, as an attraction center in the fair industry. BTSO Board Chairman İbrahim Burkay noted that fairs showcasing real estate investments worth billions of dollars boosted the morale of the city and national economy, while TÜYAP Bursa Fuarcılık A.Ş. General Manager İlhan Ersözlü stated that Bursa, which is rapidly developing and growing in the construction sector, hosted important investors from abroad during the fairs.
"Crowning Our Production Success With Fairs"

Expressing that they are progressing toward making Bursa, the locomotive city of Turkey's economy, a brand in the fair industry, Chairman Burkay emphasized that both fairs went well for the sector. Underlining that success in production and exports must be supported through fair organizations, Chairman Burkay stated, "As BTSO, together with TÜYAP Bursa, we are bringing a new perspective to our city's fair industry vision through quality fairs we organize. Organizations such as Junioshow, Block Marble Fair, Construction and Real Estate Fair, and Home&Style Fair contribute greatly to our city economy's vitality and the promotion of our products to the world.""We Hosted More Than 300 Investors in Bursa"
BTSO Chairman Burkay noted that domestic and foreign investors coming to the city also brought dynamism to the tourism and services sectors. Chairman İbrahim Burkay stated that within the scope of BTSO's 'Commercial Safari Project', one of the macro projects, they brought together sector representatives at the Rising City Bursa Real Estate Fair and Construction Fair with more than 300 investors from 33 countries. Chairman Burkay said, "For our fairs, foreign buyers coming especially from the Middle East and Gulf countries signed significant cooperation agreements in Bursa. Our buyer delegation organizations play an important role in promoting our city and increasing the trade volumes of our companies."Became a Favorite Among Investors
BTSO Chairman Burkay stated that the Rising City Bursa Real Estate Fair, which was established as a special section in 2015 and opened as a separate fair for the first time last year, grew by 35 percent in terms of number of participants and met with its visitors. Noting that the fair has become a prestigious organization that sets direction in the sector and increases business volume in the city in a short time, Chairman Burkay said, "Many of our companies seized the opportunity to promote the launches of residential, urban transformation and workplace projects with special discounts and campaigns at the fair. I thank all our sector representatives who participated in our fairs, where dozens of real estate projects found their owners and brought great dynamism to our sector."Advertisement
