GSK Türkiye's Program Graduates Its First Class

GSK Turkey's Discover the Field program, which was launched to support university students on their career journey, has graduated its first class. Within the scope of the 3-month program in which 27 students graduated, participants completed over 30 online training courses. Participants had the opportunity to meet with GSK Turkey management team members at different seminars each week, conduct virtual site visits, and receive mentoring support from experienced sales representatives. Regarding the Discover the Field program, which GSK launched with the motivation to prepare young people for professional life and support their career journey, GSK Turkey Human Resources Director Burcu Kuyucu said: "We are pleased to graduate the first class of our 'Discover the Field' training program, which was attended by students from different cities in Turkey planning careers in the pharmaceutical sector. It has been a highly productive, educational and equally enjoyable program for both us and the students. We sincerely congratulate our graduating students and wish that this program, which they have successfully completed, will be a good step toward making a solid start to their careers."
