Borusan Otomotiv Launches ChargeIQ, an App Combining All Charging Stations in One Place

Borusan Otomotiv Grubu's mobile application ChargeIQ, which provides single-point access to charging stations, is available on iOS and Android operating systems. Displaying the locations of all electric vehicle charging stations in Turkey and real-time availability status of leading operators from a single point, ChargeIQ enables transactions and payments under Borusan Otomotiv guarantee, aiming to end the clutter of multiple apps on electric car users' phones.

With ChargeIQ's charging map, all stations and locations can be viewed; filtering by AC/DC socket type, kW power, station provider, green energy option and station rating makes it easy to find the most suitable stations.

By setting the start and end points of the journey, the most suitable route can be created. Through filters, desired stations can be selected and added to the route. With advanced filtering options, the distances of stations on the route can be adjusted and route options such as highways, toll passages or ferries can be determined.

The nearest charging stations can be easily viewed and directions obtained, the socket types offered by the station and their availability status can be checked. Additionally, users can share their experiences by posting photos, rating and commenting on charging stations, and can see comments from other users.

A profile page that enables easy management of charging operations is also provided in the application. Users can add their vehicles' brand and model information along with their name and profile information to the system, and through the page containing socket type and range details, vehicle charging information such as AC/DC charging power, charging time and energy consumption can be reviewed.

On the Rates screen, price tariffs of all charging providers can be viewed. Thanks to ChargeIQ, the cost of the desired charging range according to different tariffs can be calculated in advance based on the brand and model of the selected vehicle. Thus, electric vehicle charging times can be made more efficient and economical.

Additionally, the ChargeIQ application includes a "Discover" section offering blog articles covering a wide range of topics from travel tips to vehicle security, from sustainability to the latest technologies.
