BASF's Kids' Lab project, launched with the mission of fostering a love of science in children, is moving forward at full pace.
BASF Kids' Lab will meet with young visitors at Istanbul Modern between 21-24 April through fun experiments.
Operating with awareness of the importance of education and acting with a sense of responsibility in this regard, BASF continues its corporate social responsibility projects that inspire children to love science through "Kids' Lab". Within this scope, Kids' Lab will meet with children free of charge at Istanbul Modern between 21-24 April, offering them an opportunity to conduct fun experiments. The event will take place in 5 separate sessions at 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00, where a water purification experiment will be conducted. In this experiment, children will first pollute water and then see how it is purified through various methods to obtain clean water.
Experiments from Everyday Life for Children
Within the scope of the Kids' Lab Project, which introduces science to children aged 6-12 through experiments drawn from everyday life; the aim is for children to become more closely acquainted with chemistry in safe ways and to experience it through observation and touch.
Children visiting Kids' Lab, under the guidance of specially trained instructors, conduct fun experiments with harmless materials and become holders of a future scientist certificate.
