New Investment from Saint-Gobain to Türkiye: 12th Factory Opened in Tuzla

Saint-Gobain Yapı Kimyasalları has raised the number of its factories in Türkiye to 12 with the new production facility it has commissioned in Tuzla, İstanbul. With 1,800 square meters of enclosed space, the facility will focus on the local production of high value-added products such as resin-based flooring systems, protective coatings, waterproofing, epoxy-based grout mortars, and concrete repair solutions.

Tuzla Facility to Strengthen Local Production Capacity

Saint-Gobain Yapı Kimyasalları has put its new production facility in Tuzla, İstanbul into operation in line with its sustainable growth strategy and its goal of strengthening its presence in the Turkish market. Established with infrastructure compliant with international environmental, occupational health and safety standards, the facility has joined the company's production network as its 12th factory across Türkiye.

The facility, which is expected to contribute to the local production of high value-added construction chemicals products, has been designed to support the production of next-generation technical products in the coming period, in addition to the existing product portfolio.

Planned to provide fast service to the Turkish market and surrounding regions thanks to its strategic location, the facility will support the company's production capacity with its modern infrastructure, quality standards and operational efficiency.

Will Focus on High-Performance Construction Chemicals Production

The Tuzla facility will focus on the local production of resin-based flooring systems, protective coatings, waterproofing products, high-strength epoxy-based grout mortars, and concrete repair solutions.

The new facility is expected to contribute to responding more quickly to customers' technical product needs and to developing the company's production competencies in the field of construction chemicals.
