Limak Çimento receives two Gold Stevie Awards for its human resources transformation strategy and is recognized with a total of five awards under the Stevie Awards 2025 for Great Employers.

Limak Çimento, which strengthens its human-centered integrated transformation strategy with digitalization and sustainability practices, won a total of five Stevie Awards, two of which are Gold Awards.

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers program, organized for the tenth time this year and honoring leading employers in human resources, training and development, has globally recognized Limak Çimento's success in these applications.

Limak Çimento achieved significant recognition at the prestigious Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which evaluates pioneering practices in human resources, employer brand and employee experience on a global scale. With its Human Resources Transformation Strategy based on a Triple Transformation approach, the company won the Gold Stevie Award in the Best Transformation Strategy and the Human Resources Team of the Year categories.

Other awards received include Silver Stevie Awards in the Training and Development Team of the Year category for the work of Limak Cement Global Academy reflecting learning culture, Success in External Training Programs with the Future Women Engineers Internship Program that stands out for its opportunities for prospective women engineers, and Employee Engagement Success category for practices strengthening employee commitment.
