CONSUMER CONFIDENCE IN DOMESTIC BRANDS WILL INCREASE
The Cosmetic Manufacturers and Researchers Association (KÜAD) prepared a striking promotional video as part of the "Voice of Turkish Cosmetics Project". This video, shown at the event, presented sections from nature, production processes and the lives of workers with impressive visuals. Participants had the opportunity to experience the richness and diversity of Turkey's cosmetic production.
KÜAD Chairman Levent Kahrıman, expressing his pleasure that the music for the video was prepared by renowned artist Erdal Güney, stated: "This project tells the story from the production processes of cosmetic products until they reach the consumer. The Voice of Turkish Cosmetics project is not merely an initiative aimed at consumers, but also provides significant contribution to producers in the sector. Starting from the moment of production, we sang folk songs in fields, factories and our workplaces to elevate the story and effort of these products. These traditional melodies reflect the spirit of the domestic production process, and through the resulting impressive musical video, we visualized this process. Transparent sharing of domestic production will increase consumer confidence in domestic brands and thus support domestic production. We view our project as an important step toward building a more sustainable cosmetic industry by strengthening cooperation among all stakeholders in the sector" he said.
