Lubecafill İlaç Finds the Solution with Form Endüstri

The Lubecafill Pharmaceuticals facility established in Velimeşe OSB has acquired a highly efficient air conditioning infrastructure with Form Endüstri Ürünleri's frequency inverter-equipped cooling units. The system, designed with a 4500 kW capacity, prioritizes energy savings and temperature balance during production processes.

The Lubecafill Pharmaceuticals facility, founded with entirely German capital in Velimeşe OSB, opted for Form Endüstri Ürünleri's frequency inverter-equipped high-efficiency cooling units for its air conditioning solutions. The facility, which aims to fill gaps in Turkey's pharmaceutical filling services, also plans to serve customers in Europe.

HVAC systems designed in compliance with German standards and reflecting quality discipline were put into operation at the Lubecafill Pharmaceuticals facility to deliver high efficiency and operational comfort. The project used 3 Dunham-Bush brand frequency inverter air-cooled water cooling units supplied by Form Endüstri Ürünleri. Operating with a total capacity of 4500 kW, this system stands out with its energy savings and operational flexibility advantages.

Quality and sustainability targets pursued with high-efficiency cooling system
The frequency inverter systems used at the Lubecafill Pharmaceuticals facility deliver maximum energy efficiency thanks to device modulation based on system load conditions. At the same time, its environmentally friendly design supports sustainable production targets. The system, engineered to comply with German quality standards, contributes to product safety through stable temperature control in production areas.
The fact that the facility, established entirely through foreign direct investment, will serve both the domestic Turkish market and the European market demonstrates that sustainability, efficiency and reliability were prioritized criteria in the selection of air conditioning systems.
