Murat Mutlu Appointed General Manager of International Markets Consumer Health at Abdi İbrahim
In line with its growth vision in overseas markets, Abdi İbrahim has appointed Murat Mutlu to lead its International Markets Consumer Health organization.

Abdi İbrahim, the uninterrupted leader of the Turkish pharmaceutical sector for 24 years, continues to strengthen its international market structure with experienced names. Murat Mutlu will assume his position in February 2026, taking responsibility for managing and developing Abdi İbrahim's Consumer Health operations in international markets and will also serve as a member of Abdi İbrahim's Executive Board.
Murat Mutlu is a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Business Administration Department. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held various positions over 14 years across different geographies including Belgium, the United Kingdom, Central Asia and the Caucasus, Turkey, and Switzerland. These positions included Finance Manager, Plant Finance Director, Sales Finance Group Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Group Manager, and Western Europe Baby Care Category Finance Director. He subsequently served at Johnson & Johnson as Turkey Consumer Health CFO, Regional Finance Director overseeing South Eastern Europe, Turkey, Israel and Switzerland Distribution Markets, and from 2017 onwards as Turkey General Manager. Since 2023, Murat Mutlu has been serving as General Manager responsible for Turkey, Central Asia and Caucasus countries at Kenvue.
With extensive experience gained across different geographies throughout his 26-year career and his strategic leadership approach, Murat Mutlu is expected to make significant contributions to Abdi İbrahim's international Consumer Health organizational structure.
