Yalçın Tarkan Appointed as Ming Teknoloji's New CTO

Ming Teknoloji, which provides innovative solutions to digitalize human resources processes in companies and increase productivity, has partnered with a significant industry figure. Yalçın Tarkan, who has built major successes across numerous sectors including finance, insurance, telecommunications, textiles and healthcare throughout his career spanning over 30 years, has become Ming Teknoloji's new co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Ming Teknoloji, which aims to increase employee interaction with one another and the organization, motivation and loyalty, make business processes more efficient and support digital transformation with gamification mechanics, has announced that Yalçın Tarkan has joined the company as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Yalçın Tarkan, an experienced technology industry figure who has drawn attention through his numerous successes and his active role in Peak Games' flagship project Toy Blast, aims to lead the shaping of the company's technological vision, the development of new innovative products and sustainable growth.

Bringing an ambitious perspective to Ming Teknoloji's vision with 30 years of sector experience

Ming Teknoloji's new co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Yalçın Tarkan graduated from ODTU Computer Engineering in 1993. Through software companies he founded, Tarkan played a pioneering role in the development of numerous systems such as ERP, CRM and B2B, and gained prominence through his success in large-scale data processing, data collection and data warehouse projects.

The experienced businessman, who developed games that reached millions of users with the gaming company he founded in 2014, also played an active role in the design, development and digital marketing phases of Peak Games' flagship project Toy Blast, contributing to the creation of Turkey's largest game on a global scale.

After leading the technological transformation of Netsis, Tarkan developed innovative products supported by IoT and artificial intelligence at a technology company he established in healthcare in Izmir. After completing his master's degree in artificial intelligence and microservices architecture at Izmir Institute of Technology, Tarkan is currently pursuing his doctorate studies at the same university.

In addition to numerous certifications in the technology field, Tarkan was one of the first people in Turkey to obtain the EC-Council CEH certification in 2005, and is also an EMCC SME mentor.
