Erkan Kaya Appointed as Tamek's New General Manager

Erkan Kaya has been appointed general director of Tamek, one of Turkey's established food industry companies. After graduating from Marmara University's Economics Department in 2005, he began his career as a Management Trainee at Finansbank. He continued in Financial Portfolio Management as an equity analyst and equity fund manager. Kaya later served as Senior Fund Manager at SRT Capital, and from 2013 onwards continued his career as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Net Holding. Between 2015 and 2018, he held board memberships at Net Piyango, Merit International and Ekspres Yatırım. Most recently, Erkan Kaya served as Vice President responsible for Global Business Development at Scope Markets, a British-Dubai-based company, before becoming Tamek General Director in March 2019. Regarding his role at Tamek, Erkan Kaya stated: "Since 1955, Tamek has supplied fruit juice and food products to its consumers with the same enthusiasm as on day one. Tamek is known for bringing firsts to Turkey. I am proud to be part of one of Turkey's most beloved brands."
