Milliken & Company Appoints Cindy Boiter as President of Chemical Division and Executive Vice President
Milliken & Company announced the promotion of Cindy Boiter to Vice President and President of Milliken Chemical Division. Boiter will assume the role previously held by David Moody, who will transition to a position outside Milliken effective 15 March.
Halsey Cook, President and CEO of Milliken, stated: "It is exciting for our company that Cindy will be Milliken's first female division president. She is uniquely qualified to lead our chemistry division given her extensive experience in the division, the acquisitions she has completed, and her embodiment of Milliken's purpose."
Boiter joined Milliken's Chemical Division in 2012 as Director of Marketing, Strategy and Business Development, became the division's CFO, and played an integral role in its rapid growth. In 2018, she moved to Chief Strategy Officer of Milliken, where she managed the company's 2025 strategic planning initiatives and oversaw two significant acquisition processes. Boiter is a recipient of the Milliken Honor Award for Diversity and Inclusion and is an active ally for partners worldwide.
Cook concluded: "We also wish to thank David Moody for his 33 years of service to Milliken and wish him well as he moves to the next chapter of his career."
