Güner Appointed HR Director for TMEA Region

Biotechnology company Amgen's TMEA Region Human Resources Director Emine Yeşil Güner has been appointed as Human Resources Director of Global Commercial Operations. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Emine Yeşil Güner, following 2 years at Finansbank, held positions during her tenure at Novo Nordisk including Turkey Human Resources Country Director, Middle East Countries Human Resources Regional Director, South Asia and Australia Region Human Resources Director, International Operations Human Resources Project Director, and subsequently Human Resources Regional Director covering Russia and CIS countries. After 18 years at Novo Nordisk, Emine Yeşil Güner joined Amgen in 2017 and, as TMEA (Turkey, Middle East and North Africa) Region Human Resources Director, distinguished herself through her work on competency development, cultural strengthening and leadership development, covering responsibilities spanning 17 different countries as well as Mustafa Nevzat production facilities. As of 1 July, appointed as Human Resources Director to the Global Commercial Operations group, Emine Yeşil Güner will provide support to Global Marketing, Global Market Access and Policy, Biosimilars and US Government Relations divisions in her new role. Having relocated with her family to California in the United States, Emine Yeşil Güner continues her duties in Thousand Oaks, where Amgen's Global Headquarters is located.
