Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri Announces New Appointment

VitrA, Turkey's leading manufacturer and exporter of ceramic sanitary ware, and Artema, producer of the country's first single-handle faucet, both part of Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri (EYAP), have strengthened their management with the addition of two experienced executives. Özgen Özkan took office as CEO on 1 July, assuming responsibility for all EYAP's foreign subsidiaries as well as İntema and İntema Yaşam entities. Yavuz Feyzioğlu was appointed Marketing Director of EYAP.

Who is Özgen Özkan?

Özkan began his career in 1989 under the Eczacıbaşı VitrA umbrella, holding significant roles across production planning, services, exports, sales, marketing and logistics. Joining the Franke family in 1998, he served respectively as General Manager (Turkey), Regional Manager (Turkey, Greece, Romania, the Caucasus and Kazakhstan), Regional Director (Southeast Europe, North Africa, Middle East and the Caucasus) and Sales Director (Europe, Middle East and Africa). [caption id="attachment_102520" align="aligncenter"] Özgen Özkan[/caption] Born in 1964, Özkan graduated from Middle East Technical University's Industrial Engineering department in 1986. In 1989, he completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University. Among the founding members of the Board Members Association, Özkan is married with one child.

Who is Yavuz Feyzioğlu?

Feyzioğlu began his career at Unilever, where he worked in the company's operations in Turkey and Italy between 2007 and 2012. After joining Diageo as Brand Manager and leaving as Senior Marketing Manager, Feyzioğlu worked as Marketing Director at Şölen Gıda in 2017-2018 and subsequently at Danone Turkey. He completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Boğaziçi University in 2005 and his master's degree in Marketing Management at HEC Paris Business School in 2006.
