Robert Bryant Appointed CEO of Axalta

Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. Board of Directors announced that Robert Bryant has been appointed permanently to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Since October 2018, Bryant has served as interim CEO. Bryant will also serve on Axalta's Board of Directors. Charlie Shaver, Chairman of Axalta's Board of Directors, stating that Robert Bryant has performed his interim CEO duties flawlessly over the past two months and provided leadership to the company in a challenging market environment, continued: "Having had the opportunity to work closely with Bryant over the past six years, I have great confidence in his ability to effectively carry out his permanent CEO role and his capabilities. The Board and I eagerly await Axalta's continued success and growth under Robert's leadership." Robert Bryant, thanking the Board of Directors for their confidence in him, said: "I am honored to continue working side by side with a talented management team and dedicated employees to maintain Axalta's well-deserved reputation in customer service and innovation." Sean Lannon has been appointed permanently to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Lannon has served as Vice President and interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2018. Robert Bryant said: "Sean's business and financial acumen, his years of experience in Axalta's senior finance positions, and his extensive background in financial reporting position him to seamlessly continue in the CFO role at Axalta following my tenure. I am very excited to continue working with Sean to grow Axalta further and increase shareholder value in the long term."
