Filiz Kozcağız Appointed Human Resources Director of Amgen Turkey

Amgen has appointed Filiz Kozcağız as Turkey Human Resources Director. Kozcağız, a graduate of Anadolu University's Business Administration programme, began her Human Resources career at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. She subsequently held various Human Resources positions at Boehringer Ingelheim for 18 years, during which time she served as META Region Compensation and Expat Manager, gaining experience in developing and managing the region's compensation strategies. After 18 years of experience at Boehringer Ingelheim, Filiz Kozcağız joined the Amgen family. As Human Resources Director at Amgen Turkey, she will be responsible for Amgen Turkey and Mustafa Nevzat Turkey.
