Alışan Lojistik Makes Its Mark on 4STAR Service Awards Alışan Lojistik, a service provider to global chemistry giant Dow Chemical Europe, has made its mark once again at the 4STAR Service Awards held in Terneuzen, Netherlands. Alışan claimed the gold medal in the Storage and Logistics category for the third time at the event. Dow Chemical Europe, the global chemistry leader, holds the annual 4STAR event in the Netherlands to recognize outstanding contributions from business partners in storage, terminal and logistics sectors in the areas of service, safety, social responsibility and sustainability. At the event, Alışan Lojistik was deemed worthy of the gold medal in the Storage and Logistics category for the third time. The award was received on behalf of Alışan Lojistik by Seda Şebin, Director of International Business Development and Global Customers. At the event held at the DOW Terneuzen campus, Şebin presented at a panel titled "Diversity and Gender Equality in the Workplace" on the value that diversity and gender equality strategies—which the company has implemented and made part of its corporate culture as a Dow Chemicals supplier—have brought to the company, the resulting economic growth, and the positive contributions they have made to the logistics sector.
