Univar announces new distribution agreement with ANGUS Chemical Company for select Paints and Coatings and Industrial Markets in Europe

Univar, a global chemical distributor and specialty services provider, announced a new distribution agreement with ANGUS Chemical Company ("ANGUS") covering Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, expanding to include Finland and the Baltic countries as of April. The agreement builds on the two companies' existing relationship in Italy and became effective as of 1 January 2017. ANGUS's product range includes AEPD^® VOX 1000 neutralizing amine, a multifunctional additive for low-odor, low-VOC (volatile organic compound) interior water-based paints and an ideal formulation tool for paint manufacturers required to comply with EU Directive 2004/42/EC.
