Şirin Işık, appointed as General Manager of Unilever Türkiye and Arabia Food, will lead the company's growth targets in the food sector. Having delivered many successful projects over her 19-year career, Işık is preparing to add value to the company in her new role.

Şirin Işık has been appointed to the position of General Manager of Unilever Turkey and Arabia Food Division, and will lead the company's growth targets in the food sector. With a 19-year career marked by numerous successful projects, Işık is prepared to add value to the company in her new role.

To further strengthen Unilever Turkey's position in the food sector, experienced executive Şirin Işık has been appointed as General Manager of Unilever Turkey and Arabia Food Division. As of 8 September 2025, Işık has taken on her new position and will also serve on the Unilever Turkey Board of Directors.

With 19 years of rich experience across multiple sectors—from food and beverages to personal care, fast-moving consumer goods to consumer electronics—Şirin Işık has achieved significant success in sustainable growth, strong brand leadership and business transformation. In addition to Turkey, she has gained international experience through projects conducted with teams in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Before joining the Unilever Turkey family, Işık served as General Manager at Humm Organic, where she led the company's transformation and achieved profitable growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at sector-leading companies including Pladis Global (Ülker) as Marketing Director, as well as at Hero Turkey, Mondelēz International, NIVEA Beiersdorf and Haribo.
