Ozan Diren Elected as Chairman of the TÜSİAD Board of Directors
As part of the Ordinary General Assembly agenda, elections were held for the regular and substitute members of the TÜSİAD Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and Disciplinary Committee, as well as for the Presidential Board of the High Advisory Council. At its first meeting, the newly elected Board of Directors elected Ozan Diren as Chairman of the Board, and Perihan İnci, İzzet Özilhan and Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu as Vice Chairs.
As part of the Ordinary General Assembly agenda, TUSIAD's Board of Directors, Audit Board, Board of Honor principal and alternate members, and the Presidency Board of the High Advisory Council were elected. At its first meeting, the newly elected Board of Directors selected Ozan Diren as Board Chairman and Perihan İnci, İzzet Özilhan and Fatih Kemal Ebicioğlu as Vice Chairs.
The TUSIAD General Assembly meeting was held on 15 January in Istanbul. Opening remarks at the meeting were delivered by TUSIAD High Advisory Council Chairman Ömer Aras and TUSIAD Board Chairman Orhan Turan.
Following the opening, BusinessEurope President Fredrik Persson, who heads the Confederation of European Business, participated remotely in the meeting and delivered remarks.
Ömer Aras was re-elected to the position of TUSIAD High Advisory Council Chairman.
A commemorative plaque was presented to Orhan Turan, who served as TUSIAD Board Chairman during the 2022-2025 period, by TUSIAD Honorary Chairman Rahmi M. Koç.
