Company Enters List for First Time This Year

On the path to entering Turkey's Best Place to Work list, Novo Nordisk qualified for the list this year for the first time in the Best Millennials category defined for Generation Y. Kutay Kavukçu, Senior Director of Human Resources at Novo Nordisk Turkey, said: "We are proud to be included in the best employers list created for the first time this year for Generation Y. Best Employer for Generation Y

Novo Nordisk Turkey qualified for the "Best Millennials List in Turkey" with votes from Generation Y representatives, who comprised 41% of participants and were defined for the first time this year on the path to entering the Best Place to Work list. Novo Nordisk Turkey, which entered this list—evaluated as the best employers ranking for Generation Y—in the 250-500 employee company category, earned Great Place to Work certification in December 2021 and ranked among the top 3 most favored companies in Capital Magazine's 2021 "Turkey's Most Favored Companies" research for the third time.
