Koruma Şirketler Grubu adds new value-generating projects

Koruma Companies Group continues to add new projects that create value for society, particularly in education and health. Koruma Companies Group and the Aracı Family have rolled up their sleeves to contribute to the development of Kocaeli by bringing a new primary school to the city. The Aracı Family, carrying forward the charitable flag inherited from their elders, will build a 35-classroom primary school in Kocaeli. The construction of Şükrü Kemal Aracı Primary School is targeted to be completed in two years. A protocol was signed at a ceremony held at the Kocaeli Governorate for the 35-classroom primary school to be built in the Derince District of Kocaeli. The Aracı Family was present on this meaningful day. With signatures from Kocaeli Governor Seddar Yavuz, Kocaeli Provincial Director of National Education Ömer Akmanşen, Koruma Companies Group Board Chair Vefa İbrahim Aracı and Koruma Companies Group Vice-Chair Şükrü Kemal Aracı, the construction of the primary school to be added to Kocaeli's educational landscape is targeted for completion within two years. The primary school, which will bear the name of Koruma Companies Group Vice-Chair Şükrü Kemal Aracı, will have a total of 35 classrooms, including 3 kindergarten classes. The Aracı Family, which has added many works to Kocaeli where they were born and raised, had previously built the 38-classroom Şükrü Aracı Primary School, named after their late father Şükrü Aracı, a Crimean migrant, where 866 children receive education, and the Semahat Aracı Oncology and Palliative Care Center, named after their late mother Semahat Aracı, operating on the Umuttepe Campus of Kocaeli University. In addition to cancer patients, the Semahat Aracı Oncology and Palliative Care Center also serves patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and Parkinson's disease. The center, which includes oncology, physical therapy and palliative care services, has 84 rooms and a capacity of 135 beds. The Aracı siblings donated their family home in Kocaeli to keep their grandmother's memory alive, placing the Zöhre Aracı House at the disposal of the KALBEN Association. In addition, there is a dormitory project in Yuvacık nearing completion in the name of Zöhre Aracı. Kocaeli Governor Seddar Yavuz stated regarding the protocol for the construction of the Şükrü Kemal Aracı Primary School to be built by the Aracı Family: "We appreciate what Vefa İbrahim Aracı and his family have done for our city. Particularly during the earthquake period, their support and efforts were very valuable. We thank the Aracı Family for their services, investments and support to our city so far. I wish this educational institution to be blessed and auspicious for our noble nation and our brothers and sisters in Derince. Koruma Companies Group Board Chair Vefa İbrahim Aracı spoke about the primary school they will bring to the educational landscape in Derince District, which will bear the name of his elder brother Şükrü Kemal Aracı: "My siblings and I, like our father Şükrü Aracı, a Crimean migrant, and our mother Semahat Aracı, continue to work and produce for the benefit of our country's people. By building schools and hospitals, providing education scholarships to our successful and talented youth, and supporting projects for public benefit, we aim to contribute to our country's future. Through the signed protocol, the primary school we will bring to our city will bear the name of our eldest brother Şükrü Kemal Aracı.
