A two-day in-person training organised in cooperation with TKSD and REACHLaw will provide comprehensive and practical content for professionals holding the Chemical Evaluator Expert certificate.
Turkey's Chemical Industrialists Association (TKSD) and REACHLaw have established a collaboration for a comprehensive training programme focused on the processes of preparing the Chemical Registration System (KKS) and REACH Registration Files under the Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). The training, to be held in February 2026, is designed for professionals holding a Chemical Evaluator Expert (KDU) certificate or those who assume responsibilities in this field.
The two-day in-person and practical training will cover application procedures through KKS, preparation of REACH registration files as lead and co-registrants, uploading files to the system, and critical challenges encountered in practice. The training aims to enable participants to develop practical competence in regulatory compliance processes.
Training Scope and Learning Outcomes
Participants who successfully complete the training will be able to:
-Effectively use the REACH Regulation, its annexes and related guidance documents,
-Correctly interpret company obligations under REACH,
-Effectively use KKS within the scope of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change's Integrated Environmental Information System (EÇBS),
-Acquire competence in creating lead registrant dossiers and performing substance registration through KKS.
