Güriş Signs Romania's Largest Battery Project

GÜRIŞ İnşaat ve Mühendislik A.Ş. is incorporating the battery energy storage project "BESS IAZ" with a capacity of 100 MW / 200 MWh located in Romania into its operations. GÜRIŞ is acquiring full ownership of ENERGY CAPITAL GROUP SRL, which developed the project situated in Iaz Village in Caras-Severin county.
With this acquisition, GÜRIŞ has made a strong entry into the renewable energy market in Southeast Europe and taken an important step toward its growth objectives in the region. The company plans to increase its investments in this field in the coming period.
