GSK Announces Senior Appointments in Turkey

Continuing to strengthen its organizational structure and leadership team with new appointments, GSK Turkey appointed Nicholas Brown as Finance Director as of 1 August and Sinan Kırıcı as General Medicines Business Unit Director as of 1 September.

Nicholas Brown Becomes GSK Turkey Finance Director

Throughout his 21-year career, Brown has held leadership roles in commercial operations, risk management and internal audit across more than 25 countries at various firms. He joined the GSK team 12 years ago. Most recently serving as Finance Director for South Korea, Brown will assume his new position as Senior Finance Director in both the Turkey and Emerging Markets leadership teams.

Sinan Kırıcı Appointed General Medicines Business Unit Director at GSK Turkey

Appointed as General Medicines Business Unit Director at GSK Turkey as of 1 September 2024, Sinan Kırıcı will serve as a member of the GSK Turkey Leadership Team. A graduate of the Business Administration Department at Istanbul University, Kırıcı completed his master's degree in Marketing & Finance. He began his career at Sanofi as a Promotion Manager, worked as Product Manager in Respiratory Diseases, Central Nervous System & Oncology, and subsequently took on the role of Immunology Business Unit Director at UCB Pharma. Prior to joining GSK, Kırıcı served as Turkey Country Leader at UCB Pharma.

With these appointments made in line with GSK's talent management strategies, Brown and Kırıcı will make significant contributions to realizing the company's future vision through their deep expertise in their respective fields.
